Points to Remember:

• The duly filled in application form along with passport size recent photograph and photocopies of Official Transcript / Provisional Degree Certificate or all semesters marks cards (any one of the above documents) offer letter/details of employment / higher studies/self-employment and the prescribed convocation and alumni fees should be submitted.


• The candidate should ensure that the particulars entered in the application form tally with details in the marks cards like name, register number, year of passing, class declared etc.


• Incomplete and incorrect applications will not be considered and no communication will be entertained in this matter.


• The convocation fees once paid will not be refunded or re-adjusted for the next convocation.


• The candidate should not submit the application directly to the Office of the Controller of Examinations.
